- * Keep patient records, including those of deceased patients, for a minimum of ten years after the patient's last contact with the licensee.

Reasonable cost may be charged for providing health information to patients.
Includes up to $30 for copying 10 or fewer pages, with reduced rates for additional pages.
$5 bonus charge applies if the request is fulfilled within seven business days, along with postage and actual costs for reproducing non-written records like x-rays.
Costs for preparing summaries of the health information, if requested, are also allowed.
