* Keep records for Adults and Minors- Clinical Laboratory Test Records.
* May be destroyed 5 years after the date of the test.
* X-Ray Films: May be destroyed 5 years after the date of exposure, or 5 years after the patient reaches the age of majority (whichever is later).
