								$1 per page, plus sales tax and actual postage.
								Non-Paper Records (e.g., Microfiche):
								Up to $2 per page.
								Additional Fees:
								Up to $1 may be charged for each year of records requested.
								Exceptions:
								These fees do not apply to records from facilities that primarily provide psychiatric care or to records related to mental or emotional conditions or substance abuse treatment.
