Patrick Hughes and Scott Jones retired, and Carroll Hoskins, LSCSW, shifted to her own, very limited Telehealth-only private practice. Psychiatric records requests from Dr. Jones’ or Dr. Hughes’ patients can be obtained by Morgan Records Management (833-888-0061).
