Dear Valued Patient,

After 27 years of serving patients in our community, I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring from my medical practice effective September 30, 2026. It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve you throughout my career. I am truly grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the opportunity to be part of your care.

To help ensure a seamless transition of your pain management care, the physicians of Advanced Pain Medicine will be continuing treatment for my patients beginning October 1, 2026. Advanced Pain Medicine brings 38 years of pain medicine experience and provides care at multiple office locations, offering convenient options to help make your transition as smooth as possible. Advanced Pain Medicine will have access to your medical records, medical notes, and treatment plans.

Two Advanced Pain Medicine locations where you currently receive treatment are listed below, along with their Wexford office:

Their staff will be happy to assist you in arranging an appointment at the location that is most convenient for you. Advanced Pain Medicine's Wexford office is approximately 12 miles from my current Gibsonia office.

If you choose to continue your treatment with a different pain management provider or another medical practice, we encourage you to begin making arrangements as soon as possible so that there is sufficient time to establish care and for us to transfer your information necessary for continuity of care.
