Thank you so very much for putting your trust in Relationship Institute over the years. Your medical records have been transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (the "Records Custodian"). Morgan Records Management wil continue to maintain your records in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Your records wil be kept confidential and secure per our standards and destroyed no less than seven years after the last date of services you received from this practice.
