How quickly will I receive my records?

Most requests are fulfilled within 5–7 business days. Larger or more complex requests may take longer; we will contact you if that is the case.

Can someone else request my records on my behalf?

Yes, with proper authorization. Parents or guardians for minors, attorneys with a HIPAA-compliant release form, and others with notarized permission may submit requests on your behalf. The form will guide you through what is required.

What if I don't have internet access?
